Basil Sugar

Infused sugars are a great trick to adding layers of amazing flavor to your recipes. I love to use different herbs throughout the year to create seasonal flavors. Basil and sugar are at the top of my list. When these two get together they are unstoppable! Use this basil sugar in Spring/Summer cocktails as well as fresh or baked desserts for an amazing herbaceous flavor dimension! I love to use this in my Strawberry Basil Dutch Baby with Roasted Strawberry Compote & Basil Mascarpone Cream. Get the recipe here!
