Javy Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate Mocha with Marshmallow Whipped Cream


There’s no cozier way to treat yourself during pumpkin season than with a steaming mug of this Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate Mocha with Marshmallow Whipped Cream! Does that sound to die for or what? And it is! The best part is you can whip this up in a jif and there’s no coffee runs or home espresso makers needed thanks to a special bottled coffee concentrate called Javy! It’s concentrated flavor gives an espresso-like coffee punch to hot or cold beverages and can be used to flavor baked goods, frostings, glazes, and more as well! All you need is a teaspoon to give  this Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate a mocha twist and with 30 servings per bottle you’ve got plenty more to use to creat all kinds of delicious sips and eats. I love the hit of coffee flavor it adds to this dreamy concoction. There’s something about pumpkin, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow fluff together that is just magical. All you have to do is heat the up in a pan together with milk, cinnamon and vanilla until hot, then pour in a mug and add a splash of Javy concentrate. You don’t have to complicate it further than that if you don’t want to, but I love to top this with a very quick and easy marshmallow whipped cream, sprinkle on more cinnamon, add a cinnamon graham cracker and/or cinnamon stick. The result is pure heaven and all from the warmth and comfort of your kitchen.

Time: 10 minutes

Makes: 2 mugs

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate (I love using ghiradelli when I can but other brands will work too.)
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin purée 
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon 
  • 2 teaspoons of Javy Coffee Concentrate, divided between two mugs (1 teaspoon in each)

For the marshmallow whipped cream:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Garnish:

  • Cinnamon sticks and cinnamon graham crackers, and additional sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, optional

Directions:

Add all Pumpkin white Chocolate ingredients in a small pot and heat on stove over medium heat until hot, stirring while heating to combine ingredients thoroughly. Remove once marshmallow fluff and white chocolate have been melted and incorporated and the mixture is hot. 

Make the marshmallow whipped cream by adding heavy cream, sugar, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla to a mixing bowl or stand mixture and beat on high with  whisk attachment until whipped and soft peaks form about a minute or less. 

Pour hot white chocolate mixture into two mugs, and add 1 teaspoon of Javy concentrate in each. Top with the fluffy marshmallow whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon, and garnish with a graham cracker or cinnamon stick, and enjoy!
